How do I set up custom nameservers?
No mail option in new server installation
I've just installed Ajenti and Ajenti V on a new Ubuntu server. I've followed all the directions and installed ajenti-v-mail and courier and exim are now installed and running. But I still don't have the "Mail" option in the Ajenti control panel. I've logged out and logged back in but still not option. What am I doing wrong??
Ajenti-V-Mail Password overwriting issue
I've a problem configurating some email accounts on Ajenti-V-Mail, initially i can do all without problems, but, i've installed courierpassd to get my users the ability of change their passwords from the webmail client (I'm using Webmail Lite). The users changes their pwd without problem, but..... When i try to create new mailboxes from Ajenti, it resets all passwords of all accounts to default.
Adjust Ajenti panel's SSL config, not Ajenti-V websites
Whilst it is possible to set the ssl ciphers on websites with Ajenti-V I can't see a way to adjust the Ajenti panel ssl ciphers at all, all you can do is set a custom ssl cert.
I can see in /etc/ajenti/config.json where the ssl cert is set, can this be easily extended to set ssl_ciphers 'ALL:!SSLv2:-SSLv3:!ADH:!DH:!kRSA:!MD5:!NULL:!PSK:RC4' for example?
Similarly can this be used to limit to say TLSv1.1 and TLSv1.2 only as well?
more multi-user-features
It would be nice to have advanced multi-user features like Webmin. I really like Ajenti but if you plan to set it up for a whole company the rights system is not detailed enough.
This is already implemented in 1.x series source. Stay tuned!
SSL on Ajenti V
Allow the user to disable the SSL alert
I want to use Ajenti to administer my home NAS. I don't see why I should buy a certificate for this device, and using a self-signed certificate would lead to annoying warnings from the browser. I tried disabling SSL, but now there's a persistent nag at the top of the page telling me to turn it on. It seems there's no option to just let me use the software without being nagged about the security of my connection, even over my own LAN.
I see from ajenti.coffee that the ssl alert is hardcoded to appear, there's no configuration setting to disable it. There really should be. Not all uses require SSL, and if the user knows what they're doing they shouldn't get nagged.
