UPDATE: It is working now. Update Ajenti via sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

Thanks for the update. Yes, it is working perfectly again. :)

I don't think you are doing anything wrong. It seems there is a problem with the most recent update. After the update from a day or two ago, HTTPS is no longer working. In order to log in to Ajenti, I have to disable HTTPS in config.json just like you mentioned.

Here is a thread about the most recent Ajenti update issue.

I am having the exact same problem. I now have to disable HTTPS in order to log in to Ajenti.

Thanks a lot, Amirhossein! I spent several hours trying to figure this out, but couldn't.

Your solution works perfectly.
Maybe I am misunderstanding, but do you need anything in the "Custom Configuration"? Can't you just log in to Ajenti, click "Websites", click "Manage" for the website in question, and then change the path to
/srv/example/www

What are the steps you took to install? Did you install using similar steps as this: https://gist.github.com/Seanmcn/62a021a765ad4f8e593b
Are you using Nginx instead of Apache? If so, you must uninstall Apache. Or are you using Apache, and you just don't want Apache to show in the sidebar?
Do you have a firewall? If so, please make sure port 443 is open.
Thank you! I will try this again and keep seeing if I can solve it.

I know you tried helping me. I see you are helping a lot of people here in the forum. I appreciate your help!

Thanks again, and I will post here if/when I figure it out.
