Hi Paul,

If you create a new "Webspace" in Ajenti and move your WP folder so it uses the new Webspace instead, does the Error still happen ?

Regards Pierre

Hi Paul,

can you tell me if this always happens, if you want to open your website, or does it only happen some times ?

In the Ajenti Panel, there is a widget, to show how much Ram u are using.

To tell a more accurate memory usage, could you install "apt-get install htop" after that use the command "htop" and after that look on memory usage. After that u can close htop with "ctrl+c".

It could be that Ajenti-v will take about 250 mb of your Ram (With all services enabled like MySQL and such things)

Hey Paul!

The last sentence should be the answere for your problem :P

"server reached pm.max_children setting (5), consider raising it"

Could u please Post the numbers / settings for these things, listed in "/etc/php5/fpm/pool.d/www-conf"

pm =

pm.max_children =

pm.start_servers =

pm.min_spare_servers =

pm.max_spare_servers =

;pm.process_idle_timeout =

;pm.max_requests =

AND if some things start with ";" like i did with 2 things^^

Hey John,

still need help? If yes, are you using Apache or Nginx (with Ajenti-V)

Hey Ehsan,

do you still need help ?

Hey Daniel,

It's now some time since i last used Ajenti.

But what i can say is, that u can use Postfix and Sendmail and even Ajenti-V.

SOLONG u don't install Ajenti-V-Mail. But that means, that u can't control your Mail users inside the Ajenti-V panel.

So it's possible to use Ajenti-V for webservers and postfix for mail, but u can't control mail-users and email-adresses through the interface

Hey Torben!

It's now a time since i last used ajenti on my dedicated servers.

But what i can say is, that it shouldn't be a problem, then u install Ajenti on your system, solong u didn't had any other Controlpanel installed (Like Plesk, cPanel etc.). If u had another panel installed, u need to reinstall the server. There is a golden admin rule for that, but don't know the whole sentence anymore :D.

BUT, then i'm right, u need for E-Mail, the Ajenti-V edition. So take care that u dont install Nginx, because Ajenti-V is using Nginx as main webserver.

Another thing is, that Ajenti is using "Exim4" + "Courier" for mailserver and removes existing ones like Postfix and sendmail.

I'm not sure if Ajenti takes over the "Mail" users, if u already are using "Exim".

If u should try to install Ajenti, always think back to the golden admin rule, that if u remove it, to install a new panel, it could ruin your configs and u need to reinstall your system.

##Sry for bad english

Greetings Pierre

Which Linux Distribution are u using ?

I'm not 100 % sure anymore, it has been sometime since i last used Ajenti-V. Changed to another Panel for Webhosting.

When i'm right, Ajenti stores them under "/etc/bind/"

The "File" field is the document where the Entry get saved.

Example name for a file: "main.domain.domain" for your main domain

and "mx.domain.domain" for your mx record.

(If u want one document/file for each entry / Record)
