Does Ajenti V replace a previously installed equivalent?

Hi,
Does installing the various Ajenti V components overwrite their equivalents if they've already been installed? For example, will installing ajenti-v-mysql overwrite an existing mysql installation; will installing ajenti-v-nginx overwrite an existing nginx installation?

Only installing the packages won't overwrite your config. But activating the components in Ajenti will overwrite the configs of the selected package.
