Two Factor Authentication

Support for two factor authentication (such as that provided by the Google auth app --https://code.google.com/p/google-authenticator/) would be a way to further secure the ajenti login.
Under review
This is now possible through Mozilla Persona auth support.

I wasn't a huge fan of the Persona implementation, so I'm not too sad to see it go.

I'd prefer the more standard TFA auth flow as per something like GitHub, Google, Microsoft etc.

Previously while using persona, I could still login via password. Is it possible to disable login using password? Password in combination with a standard TFA implementation would be great.

I'm willing to work on it if somebody provides guideline on Ajenti UI. I imagine ajenti to ask for TOTP right after providing username and password. And the configuration will be in User config section.

Warning: I am a python noob :D

Hi,

I'm not sure where to continue the discussion as this thread is closed and other one is more than 1 year old. I created a issue regarding this in github. https://github.com/ajenti/ajenti/issues/975
