LDAP error SIZELIMIT EXCEEDED

Hi, i need help to configure LDAP sync users.

My configuration is correct, but the number of users in the OU is extensive (+10000), and the LDAP error SIZELIMIT EXCEEDED is occurring.

There is a way to configure a filter to decrease the number of users seeking?

A filter by security group?
