when I click a down arrow button in network,

then the web cannot connect, how can I turn up the interface?

if user turn down the interface. how can he/she visit the website again?

it should put a tips beside the button when clicked what will be happen and how to solve it

A warning about losing network connectivity will be also present in the next build.
