Ajenti-panel wont start

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this but im getting this error please help

it says this when i sudo service ajenti restart

Stopping Ajenti:

 * stopped

Starting Ajenti:

18.11.2013 17:29 INFO  Using config file /etc/ajenti/config.json

 * started

so why do am i getting this and i also cannot connect to it thru the browser

Looks like the port was already taken.

"Looks like the port was already taken." Why all of your replies so lazy?
This project will go no where like that. There's also no good docs for every specific feature... What a waste.
