I always get an:
500 Errorwhen trying to import a previosly exported JSON file.
Config does not exist

You need to use an absolute path to the file.

Status code is being output on stderr, while actual JSON code is on stdout. You can do following:
ajenti-ipc v export Website > website.json
ajenti-ipc v export Website > website.json
