When we add a website, on ajenti-v and we move on to MYSQL configurations, ajenti should see if username/password previously submited or not has access to mysql.

When we add a website, on ajenti-v and we move to MYSQL configurations, ajenti should see if username/password previously submited, or not, has access to mysql, before we could hit create, this way we avoid a bug/crash window.
