I can't get ajenti-v-php-fpm for my server running 16.04

Denis Protopopov 8 years ago updated by cbrody 6 years ago 1

Hi to all!

I'm very new to servers topic, and currently trying to launch my WordPress site. My server is running Ubuntu 16.04 and I can't seem to install PHP package.

Is there any solution to this?

Here's what it looks like:

~# apt-get install ajenti-v-php-fpm

Reading package lists... Done

Building dependency tree

Reading state information... Done

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have

requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable

distribution that some required packages have not yet been created

or been moved out of Incoming.

The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:

ajenti-v-php-fpm : Depends: php5-fpm but it is not installable

E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Thanks for the help!

Widget auto refresh option

Addding a widget auto refresh option with customizable time would be very useful, it will keep the installed widget up to date, without updating them by clicking the refresh button.

I installed ajenti on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS using autoinstall. After install can't start service ajenti (unrecognized service ajenti). No init file in /etc/init.d. Could you please help me solve this? Thanks

Vhost template files

JONIK NSK 10 years ago updated by flks 9 years ago 1
Currently vhosts template is hardcoded into plugin python source code... I suggest create vhost template files for customizing settings by default. Behavior:

1. User create new web-site.
2. Panel look file /etc/ajenti/templates/vh-nginx.tpl (for example)
3. If file exists - uses it as a template for vhost
4. Else uses hardcoded template.

Add feature to edit mysql user and can grant access to database for that user

happyhardik 10 years ago updated by Jaymar Somosot 9 years ago 3
User should be able to edit the already created mysql user for the website (so can give external access). Also, he should be able to manage and grant rights of a database to a user.

Working on multiple tabs

Markus Padourek 10 years ago 0
It seems to be almost impossible right now to have multiple tabs open, with ajenti, and navigate seperately, e.g. if I want to manage two things at the same time, or check something but still stay at the same place in the other tab.
Would improve working with Ajenti (V) a lot for me.

MongoDB Support

It would be really great if you could provide support for mongodb just like what you did to mysql - there's not really a good solution for mongodb yet, especially when coming to Python.

Bandwidth monitoring for NGINX

Noah Dolph 10 years ago updated 10 years ago 2
Here is a bit of information on this

http://serverfault.com/questions/133906/how-to-log...

It would be nice to have built in bandwidth monitoring so we can see just how much is being moved from which vhost.
